Pension payment not recieved
Dear sir / mam

My name is Krishan Kumar gurgaon and my esic local office is Rajeev chowk Gurgaon. My insuarance no. o is 7899966.I did not get my pension payment from may'12 to till date.Although i got my one payment in may'12 only.I have gone to regional office and local office many time but they did not given me reponsed.Pls help me to provide my payment in my SBI Account as soon as possible.

Behavior issue and not responsible dispensary Staff,

My name is Vikash kuamr sharma My insurance no is - [protected], I have visit along my wife ( my wife is pregnant so suffering lower abdomen pain problem ) but Esi dispensary staff not help me and create some problem, ESIC dispensary gurgaon No 3 empl. Rajani and esic dispensary gurgaon no 1 empl. Mamata both are sitting a room laughing, i am tolled Mrs Rajani Mam ple provide me some medicine but Mamata interfere she told how are you, how dare you cone in side, she not going this room, , ... Mamata. talked with me rudely and abused languages (Ja tu kya karlega tere jaise bahul hate hai, nahi baithti apne sheet par tu kaun hai, battamej chale ate hai chain se baithane nahi dete hai ) Esic evrey month amount detect my salary but esic servece is very poor and employs is use bead manors with insurance user, so why are use esic facility
