The Evershine Builder is charging a forced 3 lac rupee in cash to give the house possession.
The builder office is situtated in Bandra (West) and the person in charge is Ms Jayanti is telling the home owners that the management cannot give possession of the flat without taking 3 lac extra which she claims is for car parking.
She even mention that the patron can go to police or court but the builder wont be affected by the same.
