[Resolved]  EX SERVICEMEN SUCCESS VISION — FRAUD COMPANY

Sir,
The undermentioned company seems to be fraud. This company given wide publicity (at Sadar Market New Delhi in the month of March-April 2011) for sale of plots at Naila (Jaipur) on attractive prices.

I opted to book a plot in the month of Jul 2011 and paid Rs.42,900/- as booking amount , for remaining amount I opted to pay on half yearly basis @ Rs.28,600/- . After paying first installment I visited to the site (in the month of Jan 2012) and came to know that the whole site has already been sold out to some other person.

On telephonic approach to owners of the company (Mr.Ompal Singh and Mr. BK Kushwaha) the same was confirmed, and it was assured by them that they will return the amount paid by me as early as possible.

Now, its going to be almost 04 months. There is no refund has been given by them till date, also there is no response from their mobile/land line phones since last one month. On visit to their office address it was found that the office also has been closed.
