[Resolved]  excel power pack — complaint on Excel power pack

i purchased an excel powerpack they give options like free for 5 bsnl numbers and free sms uption 6000 per year with 500 sms free for every month buit i recieve 10 paise charge on my mobile and 20paise charge on my cousine mobile i like it drop if it continues

1.
When i send SMS, i am not getting the remaining SMS details according to EXCEL POWER PACK.
2.
when ever i switch on my mobile, By default One SMS is sending and its fail to go.
3.
i complained about thease, They are simply telling to turn off the delivery reports in mobile.
Till now i have thease problems

1. I purchased one BSNL Sim card with tariff Excel-Power Pack.
When i am swith on my mobile. one sevice message is displaying like "Temporarly error occured Please try again" . Why this message is comming ?

2. BSNL Told that In Excel-Power Pack, providing 500 SMS are free but when i am sending the SMS to other mobile. it displaying count of remaining lefted messages.But it 0.10 charging from my account.
Why u r charged 0.10ps in the account?

excel power pack — Charges under powerpack

I got excel power pack. Though it is advertised 500 free sms, when I sent SMS after upgrading to excel power pack it has deducted Rs.1.20 from the balance. Please take up and resolve. Further though contact no. [protected] is given 24x7 contact nobody lifts the phone. I am unable to register landlines to avail reduced call rate under this plan for contacting BSNL landline.

power pack service is very and there is happening neagtive balnces to customers

i notice that std calls on sunday cost me one rupee and twenty paisa instead of fifty paisa.please look into this matter as soon as posible

my pre paid service of excel power pack has been expired on[protected]one year validity).
which top up or easy recharge is required to make my number active.
please suggest
