I ordered apple 3GS mobile case from ezeekart on 23rd August, had made payment instantly through my card assuming would get the product ASAP so that I can keep my mobile Away from scratches. Today is 13th September and till date I have not received mobile case, I have been regularly following up with them however everytime they say that product is out of stock and we are anticipating to receive same by today eod. Till date none of the ezeekart member have called me ant my product status. When I called up todayi got the same response and when I said I want to speak to supervisor they denied saying they are not available. This is my one of the most pathetic customer service I have ever received. Action should be taken against Ezeekart and my product should be delivered with compensation Was this information helpful? |
