Fair deal packers and movers ( Regd) SHAKARPUR NEW DELHI — Items Damaged & stolen during transportation

1.we hired fairdeal packers & movers, shakarpur delhi for moving our household items and car from Muradnagar to bangalore in may'09 .

2. we lost almost Rs.[protected] due to their poor services . Their promise was that the same truck which loaded our luggage at Muradnagar will go till Bangalore, while it was received in a different truck .

3. Packing material used was third rate, thereby leading to breakage of glasses wherever used, as all the cartons were found almost opened during downloading from truck at bangalore.

4. many of our costly items and big items like side of double bed were not found when we opened our luggage .

5. they charged us for unloading of goods, while during unloading we have to pay Rs. 2000 extra for unloading as truck was changed and no response was there from them and we were forced to pay, otherwise driver of truck refused to come to DRDO township .

6. we handed over car with 3/4th of petrol tank filled, while full petrol from the car was taken out and even the petrol pipe was found broken . we had to pay for filing the petrol at bangalore and even delivery of car.

7. we paid for insurance also during transportation of household items ( Insurance for Rs. 2 lakh ), they did not supply the documents for the same .

8. the luggage and car were given for loading in the truck on 18th june'09 at muradnagar, while we received the items in broken condition on 31st june '09 and car was received even late on 4th july'09.

9. as we were not receiving the items, we were mentally very upset as even they were not attending to our regular phone calls, which were earlier being attended very promptly .

10. their behavior is not fit to be recommended to any civilised person. this firm should be banned for providing any services .
