[Resolved]  Fairlinks Consultants — Exploitation of employees

There is an organisation called Fairlinks Consultants running in Hyderabad. This organisation hires only women employees as HR executives. This organisation is run by Mr. Anil Vohra. Here employees are not given proper treatement as an employee.There are some issues that I want to bring into notice.

1. When you join this company you have to give your original certificates and they will be given back when you leave the job. But usually this is misused and employee has to sacrifice salary for getting their papers back.

2. The reporting time is so strict that if someone comes even 5 minute late then he/she has to lose his/her half day salary which is ridiculous.

3. The employee has no right to take his/her Mobile, personal belongings, tiffin, purse etc to the office. They should be kept in some locker provided by the company that too paid.

4. The employee will get his/her half salary till the completion of 3 months tenure.After that he/she will get full salary.

5. If any employee doest not complete her target then salary is deducted.

6. No leaves are given, if one takes salary is deducted

Working here in this company feels that if someone is BANDUA MAJDOOR and bound to do work.

If something can be done then do consider this request and help the employees.

Fairlinks Consultants customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complaint author have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.

when i read the comments of the company of fairlinks stafting solutions (himayathnagar)...what ever the comments are posted they are very ture 101%, the post which have been posted by praveen nandwana and other peoples, they are true and real ... who ever comes in this company for the purpose of job, they are hiried by saying the wrong packages and wrong salaries, incentives are also been told wrong... and when the employees are removed from the job they are not given the incentives which have informed earlier at the date of joining...when the employee is been removed he should be informed by a notice period for 2 mnths without salary ...the salary has been not given if there is even a leave of one day...and leave is also not given even when the employee is sick and suffering in feaver...and when there is a national holiday even then the office remains open and make the employees work...i have been employee of this particular company for 3, 4 mnths...and i was forced to go to client meeting...and talk to me in very vulgur manner...and boss ALWAYS use to say us that if we keep him happy he will give us increments at the work hours in office...we all will be called in cabin and talk to us in rude manner...and the people are made to wait for hours those to comes to meet him...and this repeated for every month... every beautifull girl is called into cabin and force her...

oh god this fairlinks company provide man power to other company and this company cheated his own workers thanks god i am not join this company and tell every one that dont join this fake company

i told everbody in my college many friends also says that This company is a fraud company. It cheats employees and job seekers. They modify the resume, prepare duplicate offer letters, duplicate pay slips and sends the candidates to clients for interview.in google the office time is show 10:30 to 6:30 that is also wrong the real office time is 9:30 am to 7:30 they don"t pay any overtime money to employees. why people spoil their future in fair links company if employee has to sacrifice salary for getting their papers back.

ऐसे गांडू की गांड तोड़कर और इसका यह ऑफिस बंद करके रोड पर जुत मारने चाहेए साले यह क्यों भूल जाते है की इनकी भी बेटिया है या होगी ऐसे लोग बस हराम का और बुडापे में मजा लेने के लिए यह सब करते है बेचारी इनकी बीवी सोचती है की हमारे पति बिसनेस लेकर बेठे है पर असल में क्या करते है इन्हें पता नहीं शकल से ही चोर लग रहा है यह बहोरा
