In hyderabad, if a fellow transacts a fake currency and gets caught, then he demand for its return for confident circulation at other place. This is same with fake SC papers too. Even if a Dist Collector catches, the caught individual goes to high court to allow to hold on the job without any shame. Lawyers are there to allow such rackets in High Court. Even though all family members of her family knew it, her lawyer plays many tricks to get stay, salary and many other things in her family. please contact them how sri Papa Raju coolly hired police to abuse & bargain in settlement in family disputes. He did not repay the cheated amount. None of other family members are happy with her & her husband who married thrice. Both couple cheated many people in lakhs too. Nothing. Our Judges may not accept such honest people to live in india. Even if Dist Collector detects the use of fake SC certificate, then the lawyer will never allow the officials or judges to summon&verify truth from real family members. Gang Rape of truth(fakeSC) by the corrupt gang can be seen . IAS officials will be forced to 'give it up' through contempt of court orders. The CVC has already issued orders on 18.11.98 that even juniors can complain and act as whistle blowers against their seniors who are corrupt. CVC has also issued orders that he names of those who complain will be kept secret. Having a Whistle Blowers Act will further strengthen the system. CVC has already taken up the matter with the Chairman, Law Commission and the Law Commission is drafting an act on the lines of the Public Disclosure Act o[censored]K.
Sir, many lawyers and judges are hardcore sympathizers for the corrupt people in india. Hence the fakeSC job holders are never punished in India. Hi, This is a very interesting topic to discussed and has to be resolved fast as some one has the cast certificate and some one has not though all members are belongs from same cast, whenever apply to cast certificate it is told that in Gujarat not not valid, valid in maharashtra only though some members are enjoying all benefits of reserve category, how is it possible? May they have fake cast certificate? if yes then where to complain?

In Hyderabad, Ticket-less travel is punishable offence during bus journey. Fine will be levied on ticket-less passenger( fine amount) as well as on conductor of the bus(increment cut). The blame game goes on as -The passenger says 'Conductor has neither come to him nor asked to buy ticket'. The conductor says 'Passenger has neither listened to his call to buy ticket nor felt the need to buy ticket from conductor for journey'. The checking team never listens to blame game theory, but punished both of them. The moral is - It is the duty of conductor to sell ticket as well as passenger to buy the ticket at the earliest of the journey. But in high court, the journey in HC is different. people in IIMs, IITs are producing fake certificate and getting admission. Please do check before they get admitted anywhere. Let the candidate who is actually deserving go for it.This promotes other people also to follow the same legacy. Hence the government is only responsible to increase the corruption in the society.
