I had bought a new post paid no on 2nd nov 2010. i.e [protected]. At that time it was confirmed by your representative that it will start working with in one day as pre paid no for the intilial some days. and then after verification it will starat working as a post paid no. I was supposed to select post paid in settings of mobile. i have done that as per instruction given by your vodafone office in 35c chandigarh.
But since the last 4-5 days my no is not working even as prepaid. Sim registration failed is being displyed at screen . When i crosschecked at custmoer care they said that thata your documents has not been submitted yet,which is the reson for deactivation of your no.
I agin visited to your store in 35 c today. And sales guy named Mr PARVEEN said since i am in sales i cant do anything in this ,u just wait for your turn. I was shocked by the responce of his.
And then i was told that that there has been some it issue. We have raised a request for refreshing of your no and u will have to wait for another 3-4 hours.
Since this is my officil no. my work is getting affected . I dont know how long it will take for you people to activate this no of mine. The worst thing is that i have completed all the formalities and even verificataion has been done,even then i m facing all this.
Please look in to matter,othervise i have no option but to look for another options.I am really shocked by the services i am getting from vodafone. Was this information helpful? |
