[Resolved]  FINE FOREX SERVICES DELHI — Cheating and forgery done by the fine forex

Hi Everyone,

After very careful consideration i have thought about writing about my plight which i have been facing with this company FINE FOREX SERVICES DELHI. I have been a loyal investor with them for more than 4 months now. I have been cheated and fraudulently duped for my money. I have invested 1 Lacs of rupees with them in a plan called D-Plan which promised 200% return in 100 days which they advertise on their website. As time passed by they have quashed the plan and for intention of taking money, took the amount from me and put in in some other plan. I am sure they have closed that plan at that point of time but for getting money sake and making ill profits they said its been existing and took money, because they have paid some other customers from hyderabad as per that plan. when i inquired about the money to their MD Mr Pawan Kumar, in of the messages he said they have lost the money. which was a lie and i know they have made huge profits out of my money. He (pawan) has been playing around with me for last 45 days and not even refunding me my total capital amount which i have invested with them forget about profits. This company is never on their word and woo the new people to invest the money and findle with that money as they want once invested. I request all the law enforcement agencies to look into this matter where this company is playing around with hard earned money of people and making fortunes for themselves.

I urge all the Indians to be aware of this scam which is a loot and robbing people of their money. I want concerned law abiding authorities to look into it and help me recover my amount back with profits as promised on papers and agreement which i have with me. I dont want any other persons to suffer like me and get frustrated, annoyed and cause tension on daily basis.

This thing has caused me distress, mental trauma, and depression. It has altered my plans and caused me huge financial and career losses because of not getting money on time. This is my plight and i would like central agencies in DELHI to look into it and take appropriate action and help me recover my amount back soon which i am in urgent need of.
