Fisher Price — Default Water bottle

I bought a Fisher Price water bottle from a kids shoppe in Aundh Pune.Shop Name : Cocoons .
I found the bottle leaking while sipping from the bottle ..the said problem was discussed with the sales man of the shop ..Initially he said nothing can be done about it...Later when i proved that the design of the bottle knob itself is the cause of leaking they tested with a new one of the same brand...and found that it was also default a piece.
I asked the distributors number so that i can get it replaced ..but they didnt give me the number nor are ready to exchange it .
