yes I am also victim of the same and rude behaviour of persons sitting there, even if they pick phone. Also they don't give complaint no., on asking there answer is it will be written on issue slip you can get it on recieving, which is handwritten not printed. If we go personally at centre they say it is booked and after 15 days again calling to them i got the above written answer " u can recieve the booking no.: wreiiten on slip as we are issuing it today"
