Consumer Complaint: On May 22nd, I ordered online cake and 12 sticks of flowers for my sister who resides in Greater Noida. However, she didn't receive what was committed and shown online. She received only 500 gm cake and not the boquet of 12 sticks roses. Since then I have been chasing and calling this fake company on the given contact number, but no one is receiving or responding our calls. They charged me 850 bucks for a gift set of 500 gm Cake and Roses, out of which roses didn't get delivered by the company. Now we are planning to sue the company. If anyone else knows about the company or any legal body where we can sue this company, pls let us know.
