I had ordered cake and flower from florapasssionIndia for my husband' Birthday. I want to give surprise him to celebrate his Birthday at midnight But florapasssionIndia delivered my ordered One hour hour late. next day I call customer care told about late delivery of my order. they give me 20% discount on my next Order.
I had placed an order[protected] and it wasn't delivered. Initially they agreed to return the money but after they give me discount of 20% on my next order.
Now we are back from holidya I want to say a very big thank you for the chocolate cake! It was absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. I had looked at lots of birthday cakes on websites and no one comes close to you! Thanks for deliver my order in banglore on time. Great service.
FloraPassionIndia — parcel not delivered
I sent currier (C.N.[protected]containing important company letters on 24th April 2010 through professional curiers koperkhairane(opposite D mart ) navi mumbai, to gurgaon Haryana, it's 1st May today and the currier still not reached. On 30th April, when I went to the koperkhairane professional curiers office, the person named Mathew (branch ph:[protected]tells me that he dont know why it is delayed, but will tell me after 6:00 PM, when I again visit his office at 6:00 PM he told me, he can not do anything now and gave me contact number of Gurgaon person SANJAY [protected], when i called SANJAY, he said Call Aman on [protected], when i called Aman he said its 6:30 now and office is closed i can not do anythig, please call tomorrow after 10:00AM . Today 1st may I called Aman at 10:30 AM then he gave me complaint number 380 and said call me after 1 hr. then again i called him at 12:00 noon then the person said mam your letters will get delivered before 2:00 pm then at 2:30 pm i called him saying that letters are still not delivered then he is saying me that call me at 6:00 pm i will give you exact information. What is this? And now I am sure at 6:00 pm this person is going to tell me that now the office is closed and tomorrow is sunday so call us on monday!!!!!! Very disappointed . Can anybody take proper action against such people?
