I bought a fly 2080 mobile phone in the first week of july this year. After only one month it got a defect in its ringer, so it stopped ringing due to which I was not able to hear songs as well as not able to receive calls.I gave it to the service centre on 18th of August situated in dholi piau, near district centre Delhi. Till now they have not not given it back to me and they are only giving me some extended time, whenever I go to take it back, now they have given me the time of monday the 8th of september.Sir I bought the phone which costs more than Rs.5000 to talk not to keep it in the service centre.
I will be highly obliged to you if you will help me and take some action against the service centre, on my behalf. fly2080 — unsatisfy with fly service center
Hi im santosh i purchased a flyphone model no.2080 in sep2008 due to some problem in charging base i gave my cell phone to fly services center (excelent services) in kondwa within warranty period(i.e on 21 march 2009)they sd phone will be returnd within 1month however it took around 4 months i was very tierd calling them regularly, and after 4month they gave me a replacement phone which was in very bad condition, body was broken and loud speaker was not working when i complained regarding this they asked me to give the phone to their workshop e-mobile in rastapeth, pune so i gave them the phone again on 25thjuly2009 and they sd phone will be modified in 3 to 4hours, but then they said it will be done in 8days but still the phone is not returnd back now they are saying it will take few more days and they are not shure how much days as they are waiting for body of phone to be deliverd to them form delhi, im very tried of all this the name of the head of the service center is sachin .
