i have bought a new mobile on jan 1st 2011 in universell the mobile model is Fly B 430 dual sim . while operating the message and phone book its asking input password . due to that i can't acess my mobile.due to that getting lots of problem in our family. please recover my message send the immediate reply as soon as possible. please sir please sir/madam

i have lost the user manual book, can i get the phone password .please help
From yesterday onwards my FLY B430 model mobile always asks me to input password for viewing phone book and messages.So I can't open phone book.In fact the phone is unusable for me now.So please give me a solution as soon as possible.
