Fly E105 — replacement of a set in warranty

i am the customer of fly. i had fly E105 which i sent to the service centre for a repair, it was in warranty period. they issued the DOA to me in the first week of november, but still i have not been provided with the hand set.

first of all i was sent to the distributor by the service centre, but they refused to provide me the set. i went to the service centre and the distributor more than 15 times. i have not been given any satisfactory reply. when i gave the threat of going to the consumer court the distributor said that you are free to go to any court.

the service centre has said that you have to pay the amount of difference for the set thet you will now get.they also said to me that fly E105 has been stopped and the company is taking the above handset back from the market.

i have also called the call centre for more than 15 times and still i have not recieved the set.

kindly do me the favour and solve my problem and make me available a set which at least have the same specification as the E105 had or an upgraded version.

Fly E105 — Battery backup is n't there

i brought mobile Fly E105. On 30 Oct 2008.
Now i'm getting irratating with battery backup.
if play any tracks or FM battery is getting drain...
now i'm in big dipression that i bought a bledy mobile finally...

hey frnd.

i purchase fly e105 just 4 days ago.really i tell u it is noy a good set, it's battery back up is just half an hour to listen a songs and 4 hour on standby...
it, s design of software is like chinese mobile and picture quality of 3.2m.p is just like vga camera.
so frnd, don't buy this phone or go for motorola e6.i have that one also in same price...

Fly. E105. — A very bad post sales services.

I bought fly handset at 28/10/2008. And the handset was fliy E105, EMI is [protected]. and after bought this the next day handset was henqing problem i told the mobile shope person, where i bought thid they told change ur memory card it will soleved after. but i changed card but prob. was still there. and after 2 nd 3 days handset's handsfree is not working so. when i get the time i give this handset on my nearest service station which is in baroda opp. of VANIJYABHAVAN. IN Alkapuri.
at 29/12/2008. they told check it out after two days. nd after two days they told me ur mobile hv a prob. we send tht at delhi for furhter proces.
nd 15th days they told we can't say when its come frome delhi talk with Mr. CHIRAG AT ahmedabad he is ours boss. i talked with them nd they give me a four times commetment. mean he told me on that day ur mobile was come. but his all commetment were falls. nd he is not picked my call. so what i do no one give me a proper answere and his languague is so bad when he talk with coustomer they dn't ready to take any responsibility or proper ans. nd still i dnt get my mobiloe phone back.

So. now tell me wt i do.
I Want my handset back any how and possible so back my money i dn't want any relation with fly company. there services nd handset is too bad.
DO Something for that otherwise as a customer i have to go for a consumer sell cause its take a too much time sir.

i am agree that battery back up of E105 is vary bad.
bettery beckup is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry and toooooooooooooooooo bad, not worth of mony, i really spoiled my money.

Fly E105 — Complaint against after sale service

Dear Sir,

In continuation to my previous complaints I have deposited my handset to the service centre situated at Balaji Telecom, Pitam Pura Delhi-34 in June 2009 with some additional problems. The service centre assured to rectify the problems with in a week. But till yet i didnt recieved my phone
