I had purchased a Fly mobile phone-E105 a year back from a branch of "The Mobile Store". I am constantly facing problems at the expense of the mobile. I have wasted Rs 10,000 on this handset. The problems with this phone is that its battery dies out every 2 hourse and despite charging it for a full 24 hours, the battery does'nt last for more than 2 hours. The camera is supposedly 3.2 Megapixels- but in reality the camera quality for both picture taking as well as for video recodring is the worst in the world. Once you shoot a photo and by mistake shake or tilt the phone to even 1 degree; the entire picture gets destroyed. The video once recorded is extremely hazzy and shaddy and you can't figure out, what is what! Further, the phone get's hanged every day. No matter how well you keep it or use its buttons, it will definitely get hanged to death. On some ocassions the mobile gets hanged for 20 minutes at a stretch. Moreover, the audio/music quality is extremely bad. The sounds are'nt loud enough and there is absolutely no clarity with regard to the beat or the tune of the song. Further, the mobile's network connectivity is poor and unacceptable. It very often is unable to connect calls, even if your calling from one room to the other room(haha)! Last, The outside body is soo tacky and down market. It instead of being made of steel, is made of cheap and thin plastic (fiber) which can be broken at any time.
I have'nt been able to contact the company "FLY MOBILES" since, those cheats have'nt even put up; some thing as basic as an "email address" for consumers to complaint to them. Their "so-called service centres" are located in alien locations of which I haven't even heard of! This mobile is my life's biggest regret ever, and I curse the day, I purchased it- completely wasting my hard earned 10,000 rupees. Was this information helpful? |
