Dear Sir/Mam,

This email is in regards to your brand service and my discontentment towards it. This is to bring in to your notice that my name is Prakash Arya, a new user of your brand. However I have had a worst experience of your service and commitments. I purchased expensive shoes of Reebok (Talking Trazy)on 2122010 worth Rs. 4899.00 vide S.N j03514 BILL NO - 5390 from Reebok franchisee:GOSHIES APPARELS PVT.LTD. located in SCO:351, Sector 9 , Panchkula.

At the time of purchase, I was committed that if shoes might get any sort of damage within span of 6 months, replacement would be done for the same.

However after making use of them for 2 months, pasting around shoes started taking off from all sides. and even the LOGO of Reebok on shoes started taking off which is quite impossible to happen. Now it has turned in to worst condition to wear.

I submitted my shoes on 1st May '10 at same Reebok showroom and I was assured that they will replace my shoes within a week maximum. I did not receive any kind of positive response till June 16, 2010. I visited the showroom for 5-6 times but no response i received.Showroom people kept telling me that their Manager MR. Vikas Kumar (TSI) has not been coming to office for last one and half month. I visited the showroom today also for the same concern and i was told that their manager came to office today and Replacement would not be done for the same however they will mend my shoes only.

I was made aware of your warranty part etc today, that pasting removal is not under the warranty. They pretended that the logo of Reebok has been taken off by me as i might hit the shoes somewhere. Needless to mention however if i would have hit my shoes then there would have been some scratch or mark on it but nothing is there, which you also could cross check.

Just to confirm, why we do we purchase brand objects? certainly for surety of quality, service and satisfaction. while I am not contended with any of the aspect till now. Your logo on your products represents the real sign of quality of the brand Reebok. I purchased the Reebok shoes just because of the LOGO but now its removed form shoes soon.

I am the first time user of your brand and look forward to be your regular customer in future also if i am made contended at this time. I am a student so i do not get sufficient amount for my expenditures so I can’t buy the shoes again at least for next 6 months.


I have been so polite so far for the same concern however no commitment has been fulfilled from your end which was made at the time of purchase. Kindly do the needful at earliest to avoid such legal action from my end as I contemplated to go to INDIAN CONSUMER COURT for justice for my grievances.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money
