Why i lost my document, my money and most important my time.
Don't join this company in any situation, It is total a fraud company.
Company policy (VIPSha = Vipul Shah):

1. You have to work totally free for 60 working days as (2.5 month) a trainee even if you have some experience.
2. You have to submit all your original document and 50000RS check without date.
3. After 60 working days of free work you will get paid salary 8000RS out of that 2000RS will be deducted as PI that means you will get only 6000RS(3.63$ per day) as an IT Engineer per month.
4. After 4 months Company Head will offer you to leave the company and pay 10000RS to the company to get your documents back.
5. If you need 1 day leave, than you have to inform them before 10 days, if not than you will get double penalty that means your salary will deducted for 2 days.
6. No pay for Holiday, means salary will deducted for Festival & holidays.
7. If you take more than 3 days leave in month than 1 extra day will be deducted from your salary.
8. If you resign than you have to give 60 working days’ notice period during that 60 days you will not get any salary, Company says that they will set account after notice period completed but they don’t do that but there is no guarantee to get your 2.5 months’ salary.
9. Company time is 9:30AM to 8:30PM and 50Minutes break, but you will always leave after 8:50PM means every day you have to give 20 Minutes of overtime to the company.
10. Company will deduct professional tax from your Salary and will not give any Income tax return form- 16 Also company is not providing any PF, Medical facility to employee.
11. For Company every employee is only worker, no value or self-respect for any employee.
12. You will not receive any document like appointment letter, salary slip from this company & no guarantee for experience letter.
13. Company will sign bond for 1 year from you, under the Company name of Digisys Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
14. While there is no existence of Digisys Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
15. Company has only 10-14 employees.
16. Girls are not allowed in company.
17. New Rules can come as Company Head wants without any suggestion from employee, any new rule harms to every employee.
18. When company head is in Office at that time office becomes Sabji Market.
19. Even Company is using pirated software for development like Windows XP, MS Studio 2008 and many more.
20. Company is situated totally in Residential plots.
21. Annually you can take maximum 12 leave if your leave is above 12 than per 1 leave your will get penalty of 0.5 day that means your 1.5 days will deducted from salary.

Fraud Waste Incompetence Cheat Company "G M Designs and Contracts GMDAC"
Worst company in Mumbai, Fraud company in Mumbai, cheap quality work done by company called "G M DESIGNS AND CONTRACTS" (GMDAC) in Mumbai Maharashtra India.
Very very low quality, cheap work done by this company. There is no hold at all for their fraudulent activities, there is no proper address of this company. I tried to visit their office twice, but unfortunately I could not locate it. These guys are not receiving my phone calls after receiving all the payments, they ran away. Whenever I try from different number, a lady called Punam Mozar Jaajodiaa will receive the call note down the number and they will never receive the call from that number again.
When she receive my phone call when I try from different number, whenever I ask for Gaurav Mozar Nandakumar, she always says he has gone out for a meeting (i guess she mean, he has gone to screw up some other company).
And I am so confused - what the hell is this Gaurav Mozar, is he a human or a devil. I never saw this guy called Gaurav Mozar Nandakumar, who himself say he is the managing director (Balls to him and his G M Designs and Contracts GMDAC).
Gaurav Mozar will send a guy called Jitendra Thorat to get the work done, this guy will be on phone call most of his time on the site. He was not at all on the site for more than 30 minutes from day 1 till the last day, all the work done by their labours on thier own. These guys don't even know atleast 30% of the work, I don't know how the heck is Gaurav Mozar call himself a Professional Archietect - he is definetly a badko and not an Architect.

I don't know how did my marketing manager find this guys contact and he got our entire new office setup with all below works:
1) Interiors (incomplete and cheap quality)
2) Electricals wiring, switches (few switches are not working, I checked with the other electrician and he says we have to change those switches more than 17 switches)
3) Plaster of paris POP (sealing in 1 corner around my office reception is cracked and hanging down, which looks very ugly when any of my clients step-in to my office. I've informed him to fix it before I clear the pending payments, but he said he need the amount to buy the materials and I had to make the payment to get it fixed but after receiving the payment he is not at all receiving our phone calls)
4) Workstation Furnitures (hell kind of powder wood, wood powders will be spreaded under the table each and everyday)
5) Flooring mats
6) Glass Cabin

It is not even 6 months after completing the work, we have started facing lot of problems. I think I may have to renovate the entire office interiors in next 1 year. There are lot of things which are messed up and for the workstation furnitures they have used very very cheap screwed up power wood sheets for cupboards and computer tables.

They started their company by the name “One cruise international” and have looted many innocent people by giving them fake hopes of gifts and lucky draw.Then they took money from them as membership fees and promised to provide package deals but once they got the money they fail to fulfill all the promises their are many innocent people they have fooled u can see many of them on mouthshut.com.
They have 2 branches
1- One cruise international Pune senapati bappat road
2- One cruise international Vashi
Directors are-1-Amol pardeshi and Sneha both are partners
With the money looted from innocent people they have ventured into fitness field by the name “Endure fitness club”in Satara road and another one in ambegaon pune and also hotel business by the name “46 Lounge” in ambegaon pune.
Please anyone reading this help innocent people get back their hard earned money and justice
