I ordered a product (Keyboard+Mouse), the order no. of which is OD[protected]. I paid the amount of the same product through net banking. I received my product through courier on January 28, 2012 (Saturday) at home; but I got very disappoint to see the product as it was damage/crack. (The right hand side lower part of the keyboard was as split).
I immediately call to customer care number of flipkart. The person from flipkart told me that this product will be taken back by them and the new product will be delivered to me with in 4 to 5 days.
Now, it has become 7 days, but neither any communication has been done by flipkart, nor I have received new product yet.
Kindly do needful at the earliest, so that I can continue my shopping from flipkart.
