As per telecom with Mr. Choudhury the issue has been resolved. The refund against the cancellation has been credited to the card holder's account.

Ezeego One Travels & Tours Pvt Ltd — Refund Of Fare (Flight Cancelled)

I booked a flight from ezeego1 on 23rd nov, the flight was on 19th dec, unfortunately the flight was cancelled , but the EZEEGO people did not have enough time to inform me abt the cancellation of the flight... finally i found at the airport with my bag n baggage that there is no flight..............
finally i had to take othe flight at very high cost......
now the othe story starts.......
i have been mailing the ezeego from 3rd of jan 2008 and till date i have,nt receieved my money back.... i have even called them for 5-10 times... but nothing has been done....... every time they are telling me that it will take 72 hrs..... but still i am waiting for those 72 longest hrs to get over.......... so that i can get my money back....

If any EZEEGO staff reads my complaint .... then try to incorporate some bussiness ethics into ur way of bussiness......


Friends make it a point ... never use EZEEGO1.COM for any dammm reason..... they will end u in frustration........

As per telecom with Mr. Singh the refund against the cancelled flight has been processed from our end.

ezeego1 travels & tours pvt. ltd — Refund not made even after 3 months

I booked ticket for my parents on 9th Oct,2007 (EZR[protected]/A) for CCU-BOM sector. Subsequently, I raised Cancellation requisition for the same through the travel company's website for which I got a reply that my request is under process.However, since I did not get any confirmation of the cancellation from the company, I went to the airport and cancelled at Jet Lite counter at the Mumbai airport on 29.10.2007 (reference no. : AT 10/134). However, even today, inspite of repeated followups the refund has not been credited in myaccount. I have already sent a dozon mails and also called up the call centre number of times but everytime the call centre agents would tell their standard versions that it would be resoved within 72 hours positively. (Dont know whether there is a different definition of hours for this company or whether they are able to count the hours or not). I am sorry to say that this is undoubtly the worst experience I had. The standard of service that they are providing is really pathetic.
