A consumer loan was availed from FUTURE MONEY in oct.2008 to purchase LCD TV of sanyo make from BIG BAZAR Kolhapur. Down payment of Rs. 10000/- was paid by cash and 8 nos. of cheques of Rs. 2500/- each are given.( price of TV was Rs 30000/-) .Now all cheques are cleared. But the statement still showing loan balance of Rs. 10000/- . please advice whom to contact.
