[Resolved]  Gaekwad Plantations Ltd — as per agreement / contract /promise/scheme Rs 1 Lac not refund after 17 years

Plantation refund after 17 years
I undersigned Mr. Utkarsh Govindbhai Patel holding 1 No. of tree with certificate no. 4815 and application no. 25118 & serial no. 4815, Folio no. U/70. I had invested INR 1000/- in 15.05.1993 with M/s Gaekwad Plantations Ltd, Regd. Office Mukund Farm, At & Po. Dumad, Ta: Savli, Dist. Bardoda & Corporate Office : 404, Paradise Complex, Sayajigunj, Vadodara 390005. As per the scheme offer, on my investment of INR 1000/-, I must get INR 100000/- after 17 years of period which is already matured in 2010 year. I have not yet received any funds from the organization. Kindly pl. help me how to proceed for the dues.

Vadodara)At the time of primary investment Gaekwad Plantations promise to give Rs.1 Lac after 17 years as per agreement.But till date they have not refunded any amount. as per their advertisement, brochure, contract, agreement, promise & scheme ( after reading the said materials )
At the time of primary investment, Gaekwad plantation promise to give Rs 1 Lac after 17 years each for investment, as per agreement. But till the Date they have not refund any amount (INR. 2, 00, 000/-).
