This one is for Bharti Ltd. which is suppose to be a big name in Telecom industry. Corporate connection from last 3 years with all payments done on time and having no ifs and buts were suddenly disconnected from the Airtel office stating that there is some outstanding on the account. This disconnection was done without informing anyone or no written as well as verbal communication done from Airtel. Both broadband and landline connections disconnected. We have been speaking and complaining from last 48 hrs but in wain. References number spoken are[protected]Ms. Dolly),[protected]Mr. Puneet),[protected]Ms. Neha) and Mr. Asin had word with us and assured that the services will resume in 4 hrs. The numbers forwarded to us to complain ahead were: [protected]-36. There we have spoken to Mr. Kishor that your old bills of A/C 11848734 of landline no.[protected] a pending amount of Rs. 915/- is due but surprisingly this number has been closed since Sep.2006.
Since if there is any pending amount we don't mind paying but the rest of the numbers in the company[protected]-37) were closed for incoming and outgoing without any intimation. Payment details for the balance numbers closed are :
[protected] : Rs.1581/- cheque no. 360089 BOI dated 22/08/09 (via receipt no. 2400120)
[protected] : Rs.790/- cheque no. 360090 BOI dated 22/08/09 (via receipt no. 2400121)
In our last conversation with Mr. Kishor[protected] he was highly unprofessional and misbehaving on the call. and was very rude on the call. He said that the old balance to be paid in cash first then the balance numbers will be resumed. This is to put to the notice of concerned authorities that this kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude is not expected from such a big company like Bharti Airtel.
We would like to have immediate action in this regard and to avoid any such discrepancies in a professional manner.
