I also faced a similar situation. They donot attend emergency calls like gas leakage etc., on time.

I am also from ayanavaram, another customer from Sabi agency. Recently when we tried to connect a new gas cylinder, It leaked badly. On close examination i found that the gasket present inside the gas cylinders vent was faulty. When reported, we were told that a serviceman will be sent in the evening time to our house. No one turned up- Phone is not being attended. When we tried the IOCL gas emergency numbers, All the numbers were always busy.
These people at the agency must first be given training on the value of life and the cost of accidents. thereby they must be brought to their senses about the risk faced by customers because of their negligence and must act responsibly and sensibly.
