Shri Shiksha Yatan College — Refund of Admission Fees

I had taken admission in B.Com(h) course at Shri Shiksha Yatan College under the Calcutta University.Subsequently i had got my admission cancelled and had applied to the college for the refund of my admission fees amounting to around Rs.20000/- . The college, as under the guidelines and notice issued by the University Grants Commission(UGC) is liable to refund full fees provided the admission is cancelled before the commencement of the classes for the course. I had duly cancelled my admission before the due date but the college refused to refund the fees despite repeated requests and reminders. I therefore would appeal to the authorities to please look into the matter and take immediate action so as to enable me to get a refund of my fees.

Just before 36 hrs have purchased Mobile 7210supernova (Invoice number WB613, on from the mobile store, kolkata, S.P.Mukherjee Rd. near Bata.

Now faced problem with the defective set and want to change with other set but The mobile store refuse to do this .
Again requested them to change my set under warranty set from their store .

I bay a PCI express card 8800GTS from "SUPREME-THE IT MALL"(36 Chittaran Avenue, Kolkata-12) at 24/04/2007. It cost me Rs18720/-.I get 3 years warranty period.But in 24/04/2009 the card have some problem so i go to "SUPREME" they took the card and give me a reside after checking the card.After 4 day thy call me and told me the card has a missing screw so i mus com to their shop.When i go their thy told me i must return there bill.When i return it thy give me another bill of "AKSHAY ENTERPRISES" on the bill they already write that the wonder of the "AKSHAY ENTERPRISES" talk with me and one of "SUPREME" staff MR.Biks agreed the screw is missing . And he sine the bill.When i go to "AKSHAY" they told me that if i want to gate back my card i mast pay them Rs2500/-. I want my card back so i pay them. They told me the card is repair.But i am also sine another bill. And thy did not give me the copy of that bill or the bill of 2500/- Rs i give them.
They also say if i ask for the bill i will never gate back my card.
Now after 4 month the card is same problem so i went to "AKSHAY" they told me you did not gate warranty for the card and so me the bill which i sine that warranty void is written on the bill.But i remember very well that when i sine on the bill there is no such thing on it.And when i go to "SUPREME" and told them about it .I told them mane resin of this problem is the missing screw is created by them not by me.Because when i give the card to "SUPREME" after caking thoroughly then your staph give me the bill. So they agree to help me in next week with the card. And when i go to "SUPREME"next week then they say we are trying com next week. TWO month in next week and one month is left of my warranty period.
