Gouri Enterprise — Non supply of Gas

I have got a defective cylinder, which just lasted for 5 days in place o[censored]susal around 30 days, then I took help from my friend for a filled cylinder, and booked new cylinder through[protected] against my consumer number 47173 with Gouri Enterprise at Dwarka, New Delhi.

After repetative requests they denied booking of my gas and are not willing to suppy the same quickly.

Request you to please supply a new filled cylinder so that I can get rid of the present crisis and oblige.

Desparately waiting for your favourable response please.

PLEASE SEND ME A CYLINDER AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME TO CARE FOR THIS SMALL CONSUMER WITH YOUR REPUTED ORGANISATION.

I have booked a cylinder through gouri enterprises dwarka on last saturday and havent received it yet i am calling their number from last 2 days but there is no respose.My consumer id is 46393.Please help me out.its urgent

Gauri Gas Agency should do something concrete to solve the problem of gas booking. Despite trying effortlessly, it is a herculean task to book a gas.

It can happen but mistake might have done by boy who supplied the cylinder.

My consumer No. 2213, H2-14F, Mahavir Enclave, was being used to supply gas to other consumers, one day I found that gas is deviered to my location without booking. It was being told to me that connection is lost.

I am a consumer of Indane cooking gas (LPG) having consumer no. GE 48426. My address is RZD I/143A, Gali No.5, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-110 045. The service provider for delivering the LPG Cylinder to me is Gauri Enterprises, Dada Dev Mandir, Palam, Raj Nagar, New Delhi. I am fed up with the system for booking of LPG Cylinder as whenever I try to book the gas on phone, the two telephone nos.[protected] &[protected]given by the Gauri Enterprises are busy. Even after trying continuously for 5-6 hours for many days, the same can not be accessed. Presently, even after booking the gas personally at the office of Gauri Enterprises, I am not got the gas after 12 days of booking. The booking of gas has become a very very big problem for me for the last 6-7 months and I request to do something needful urgently to get the system corrected. I have already brought the same to the notice of authorities of Gauri Enterprises two times but they have not done anything till now. I will be really very very grateful if anything could be done like some alternate booking facility (internet etc.)

Gauri Enterprises- Indane — Extra Charge of LPG cylinder

A recent price hike in fuels were declared in Delhi on 26th June'10. I had booked my LPG cylinder on 21st June'10. Usually, the delivery used to be made within a couple of days but this time I got the cylinder on 26th June '10 itself with an extra charge of Rs.35/- . This was done to all the customers of the area. Kindly help us so that corruption in this sector is controlled.

I am 100% agree with the given commet. I am also facing the same problem. I think they need to get some strict cautions from authority. they are neither feel the sentiments nor feeil th requirement of cooking gas in a regular life.

I Had Booked a gas on 29th Jan'11 and booking number is 322 but still we have not received a cylender till date.
Also agencies has not picked the phone.
