[Resolved]  Gauri Shankar Gas Agency — not received gas cylinder

I have booked cylinder on 29th Jan 2009, today is 18th Feb 2009, I have been calling them(gauri-shankar) since 4-5days. They were delaying the delivery and are always in a hurry to putdown the receiver. The ladies there never answer any question properly.
On 16th they said ur card has been dispatched to godown, i called up the godown, the person there said there is no card with ur name. On 17th I called up the agency, they said u will receive it in 1-2 days, we dont know when, so they asked me to give a call to godown.
I gave a call to godown, the person there said "No you will not receive it today" he didnt even check if the card is there or not, was in a hurry to disconnect then phone. I also asked him to send it the next day before 12noon as we have office, else give us exact timing. He said again u will receive it tommorow, in morning.
When he said there wont be delivery today, but tommorow, i left for my office, when i came back i cud see a bharatgas note out there, that person was there with the cylinder between 12:15 to 1:00pm. But door was locked.
If he would have told me that there wud be delivery today, I wud have made some adjustments in office and waited till he came. But due to wrong message by that person, I had to suffer.
Now I am trying to call gauri shankar agency & the godown since morning, the phone sounds busy right from 9:30 am till now thats 12:30pm.

Mistakes made by their people and we have to suffer.

Just a hope that this will make them improve their services, as we are paying them what they ask for and still suffering.

I want to surrender 2 gas connection. I have lost the papers. I dont even care for the deposit. The staff at Gauri Shanker Gas Agency cant even find my subscription number so I can surrender the cylinders. Sometimes I feel I should just sell the empty cylinders as scrap ? The only reason I dont do it because I see so many people who dont get multiple connections. How difficult is to find a number when the tentative date of new subscription has been given to them ? Bharatgas - are you listening ???

My consumer no is 10437. Gas delivery man came to deliver the cylinder when we were not at home.(Your bill no15579 dt 25.03.2010) We have left specific instruction to deliver the cylinder up to 1o'clock in the afternoon as no one is available at home after 1.

Please make sure that the cylinder is delivered before 1 in the afternoon.

gauri shankar gas agency pune — late gas delivery and arrogance

I have booked the gas 14days before but still i have not received, when i called to them they told me again have to wait for 5 day, i am having the single cylandar, and also applied for second cylandar but it is not started. The distributor name is

I have called still they dont receive the phone and talk to customer in aggrasive.

Please take the complain not as an individual but it is of many people complaining on them
