[Resolved]  Geeta Steel Furniture Works — Poor quality of furniture delivered

Date : 14/11/12, I Ms. Poonam Shivmate ordered for a TV table of 6 foot from Geeta steel furniture works shop no.1119,furniture bazar, Nr. Bank of India, Ulhasnagar- 421 003. Dist. Thane.
The same was delivered on Sunday 09/12/12. When delivered it was noticed that the quality of the table was very poor. The 3 Big drawers had good amount of gap, Finishing done was pathetic, the coating used for table was coming out, nails were out etc.
Despite of serveral compliants & even after assurance propreitor Kishore ([protected]) & Ajay ([protected]) never turned up & sent any carpenter for fixing the issue.
I have been following up since sunday. There is no value for customers money & on top Mr. Kishore responded very rudely.
