GENERAL MOTORS SPARK — Fooled by the name of services

I have bought a Spark for last three months. There was a package sold for free service and consumables for Rs.10000 for three years. I have been seeing from the date of delivery there has been issues. I was actually provoked to leave the vehicle on the day of delivery itself. Also Since then whenever there is any issue then their rules and regulations come out in order to frustrate the customer. I had to get the service done and with some body jobs. Now thanks to the distributor M/s. AutoVikas. I will have to get it serviced and then take the car to body shop separately and this will take my full day off and also the work shall be extended till three days. They try to irritate the customer so that one decides to move out of the package for =servicing. Also there had been an incidence where my car was with them for two days without a job card and it was issued just 5 minutes prior to delivery. And still there was no servicing done.

I wrote email to General motors and also Called the toll free number many times but there was a very cold response. I am sure there must be other customers who face same issues with them. Please help as I do not want others to get into trouble like me.
