[Resolved]  genesis — Bad service

Sir / Madam,

I would like to know some kind of consumer right related to bad services.

My name is Deepak k. singh. I stay in south east delhi. I have paid 12000 rupees to a clinic name GENESIS in Malviya nagar for Laser hair removal treatment by 03.08.09. Today it has been more then two months but still they have given me only one sitting. In which they have burn my neck and ear.
After all that they promise me to call for next sitting with in 10-12 days but when i call to them they always say that with in 3-4 day they are going to call me but never call.

Pls suggest me what to do.
