I am SankaraNarayanan.A.This is a complaint against my previous company "Genisys Software".I served that company for 1yr.But they are not ready to provide my relieving letter.The reason they are telling me that I haven't served Genisys Software for the notice period time.But I informed them earlier that I need to go early from that company.Now its difficult to get me a job in some other companies due to the reason of this relieving/experience letter.So kindly help me to get that.Below are my details.

Genisys software — Non receipt of refund for AY 2008-09
Dear Sir,My PAN number is APUPP0366B. I have filed my income tax return for AY 2008-09 through ward no 14(2) on July 29th, 2008.
I have not received my refund amounting to Rs.5, 519/-
Please let me know the status of the same.
