watch — Non-delivery
In response to my following complaint you have failed to reply to my complaint. Till now you have neither delivered the watch nor returned the money of Rs.2898/- that I have paid to you. I am, therefore, again requesting you to do the needful in next 48 hours or I will be compelled to sue you in Consumer Court. No thanks this time.-S.K.Pattnayak

Non-delivery
I had placed an order for a watch costing Rs. 2898/- (including shipping charges by paying through credit card on 24/5/2009. My order no. was[protected]. But the same has remained nondelivered till today. Even while trying your phone either there is no transfer to the concerned person or the person just hangs the phone...
You should file a case Against Ghadiwal .com, in the district Consumer court with compensation, you must have the copy of the order which was sent to Ghadiwala, money payment proof.
sent also a police report to police commissioner Karol Bag New Delhi, you can sent email, complaint on office .address phone numbers, etc you can get by search in google.
you can file a criminal complaint under section 406/420 I.P.C., in your home district place having local jurisdiction, because you read that Ghadiwala Web page in your home, money was sent from your home place, you were cheated by Ghadiwala in your place, so new delhi court & your home district, both have jurisdiction to trial the case, try to publish this matter in news papers & send one copy to ghadiwala, they should learn a lession & bear great loss in there business also.
