[Resolved]  Gic Mutual Fund / Gic Balanced Fund — MATURITY DATE WAS 31/3/2000,TILL DATE NO INTIMATION ABOUT THE SAME

We Leena Denim Limited., Andheri, Mumbai 400 093 holding 10000 units of GIC Mutual Fund under GIC Balance Fund under Account No.154078.So far we have not received the payment and let me know the proceedure for refund application

till date i have not received any intimation for surrending the certificates.

I want to surrender these mutual fund scheme but unfortunately i don't know the mailing and posting address. 15 days before i posted the application which is printed at on the certificate but it returned, so please give me the details of the contact nos, mailing address and postal address given below the mailing address.

kindly do the needful as early as possible.
