[Resolved] Gifts To India — Order not delivered

This website has been involved in taking money from people and not delivering the products.Apart from that there is no refund of money.I ordered a Rakhi set on 23 July 2012. There is no delivery till now ans they are giving an excuse" Sorry for the inconvenience" to all the customers.After ordering I saw many complaints in many websites on their name.I advised them that if they will not deliver I will take legal action, in-spite of that they are not diligent about this.Money involved is mere 125 but I need delivery before rakhi.I also offered if they are not able to deliver atleast they can refund the money, so they are not coming on this term too. Kindly take a strict action against the people.

order number GTI-[protected]...I SENT A BAG AND A WATCH THROUGH GIFTS TO INDIA. BUT THE BAG WHICH I SELECTED WAS DIFFERENT FORM WHAT WAS RECEIVED. WHEN ASKED THEY SAID ITS SAME PRICE AND THEY DINT HAD THE STOCK. THE GIFT WAS FOR LADY AND THEY HAVE GIVEN A COLLEGE BAG. WHEN ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT THEY DON'T TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY AND ASKS US TO DO THE NEEDFUL..I SENT IT TO MY FRIEND WHERE ITS NOT EASY TO GO OUT AND ALL...REALLY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE..IRRESPONSIBLE,CARELESS AND BAD SERVICE..NEVER SHOP FROM, GIFTS TO INDIA UNDER RIGHTFLORISTS.....

Gifts to India — Misuse of Debit Card details

I had used www.gifts to india.com website to send gift to Philippines.While proccessing the order they asked me to provide the my debit cards details saying its ti avoid any frauds and for personnel security.So i did.But my query is that,will this site make misuse of my debit card as i have provided them all details which were personnel to me?
Please i want reply to this as early as possible.So if any fraud takes place through this i need to close or block my Account and then i can take neccesary or legal action against such site if they do fraud wth me or make misuse of my debit card.
Please reply as early as possible.
