I have received faulty Mono Android Mobile handset both the time, First time i returned hand set with my own cost even after they suppose to pick up from me, after long 20 odd days and no. of calls made by me to their call center i received another handset but once again they deliver faulty handset to me, I made a complaint of the same to there call center and mail to them they promise to pickup faulty handset and deliver fresh tested handset to me but 15 days passed away i did not got any fresh handset nor they pickup faulty handset from me.
