Recently i placed an order with number :71164 for an phone back case. Payment is success. Recived mail from both from Payment gateway and bazaar24X7.com on 12/6/2013.Next day i.e., 13/6/2013 got the courier company name and courier number which are fake.
Big Cheat...Big Fraud...!
These people are cheating me with the unshipped and wrong courier number. When i tried to call them the dirty automated answering machine was always saying all executives are busy and by any chance if connected the executive who attends the call knows only hindi language, unable to speak and understand english even. If we ask information regarding the shipment they simply saying its already shipped and on the way , please call after one day. I observed the things for my order 71164 which i placed for them. At any time we call they are repeatedly saying same answer. Ordered on 12/03/2013 till now they are saying already shipped and providing another courier number which doesn't match with the previous one.This is the way they are cheating customers.Unable to answer atleast. making fun of customers.
