Sir,
This is to inform you that I am an Unsatisfied customer to your
product. I have purchased a progressive lens and a frame. The frame
was given to us a bad quality and could not sustain for 2 weeks.
While I am informed of one year warranty on the product and no
warranty card was issued. I have purchased the spectacle with GKB
Brand confidence.

This unfair practice done to your customers. Further, I submit, for
the repair/ replacement of the spectacle requesting your branch
office at NEW BEL Road, Bangalore. They decline and refused to
replace. I left the spectacle in your shop as it is not usable to me.
