I have a similar complaint against a company called Global Motherboards, which doesn't include an address or phone number on web site. They sent a $200 video card without the standard heat sink shown in a photograph on their product. I asked for an RMA number, or refund info. Someone named Robin Gan suggested, in badly mangled English, that they sell only the video card without a heat sink.
Global Motherboards did not respond to furthr inquiries. They appear to be a very undependable company based out of Hong Kong (where the video card was mailed from).
Anybody else familiar with this outfit?

Funny old thing, we have ordered a motherboard cost $303 its gone faulty after 11days in laptop, but due to time of carriage, now 1 week over 30 days warranty. However it does state they offer 12month gurantee on manufacturing defects.
I too had an email from Robin Gan saying basically tough out of 30 days warranty. This took 4 days after my initial complaint. I am still awaiting a reply from my 2nd email.
