We have submitted your PF Withdrawal Form on 7-Sep-09. Your PF was processed and cheque sent to the Bank mentioned by you in the PF Withdrawal Form, but unfortunately, the cheque was returned back to PF Office. We informed this to you, based on which, Cheque reissue request letter was given to us by you. This Letter has also been submitted to PF Office on 8-Feb-10. However, PF Office Thane is temporarily not operational as they are updating to a computerised system. We expect PF office to clear this soon.
You are already aware of this and inspite of this you seem to have made a complaint.

My PF NO. MH/115764/3010 and EMP ID :[protected] .Have worked with Reliance Life Insurance cp ltd from March to Aug 2008.
First Time PF Apply April - 2009, Thats Account closed, so am second time apply for new bank account submit on 16th december till now not received my account. i call no of times waste my cash one person told may month come, another one told june month so monthly only increase . The PF dept did not respond[protected]. Please help me resolve my problem.
