[Resolved]  Global International Packers And Movers — Wroast service, damaged my home goods and didn't provide labour while unloading the goods

I have recently shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore. So in order to shift my home goods I booked it with Global International Packers and Movers who charged for shift the goods. While paying an amount it was discussed and agreed that its sole responsibility of Packers and Movers to pack the goods and load into the vehicle at Hyderabad residence and to unload the goods from vehicle, unpack the goods at Bangalore residence which is at 2nd floor. And it will be shared vehicle and one of the agent came to home and verified the goods at my home. As discussed Complete amount was paid at Hyderabad once goods were loaded into the vehicle as they asked to pay the complete amount.

After loading the vehicle Packers and Movers agent started arguing that the goods are more than the expected, so it is not possible to carry the products in shared vehicle. It needs to take in a separate vehicle for which it will take Rs 5000 extra charge. After discussion we paid 4000 extra amount and he said the vehicle will reach to Bangalore after 2 days and asked to call Bangalore agent to provide labour for unloading the product once vehicle driver calls me.

Vehicle came to Bangalore after 2 days at 12 PM. When I called Bangalore agent he said right now no labour is available. Everyone went to their works and he can provide labour only after 9 PM or tomorrow. I was completly shocked with his response. Because vehicle is standing on the road with goods and this guy said no labour is available. When I started arguing him he said to arrange labour by myself and he credit the labour charge what ever it is to my account otherwise to wait till night. Any how I managed to arrange the labour and before committing I confirmed with bangalore agent that Rs. 2000 is the labour charge they asking. He accepted to provide that amount.

When people started unloading the goods we have found that the lorry contains some factory iron products which is in huge size under my goods. They shifted my goods from the vehicle which loaded at my Hyderabad residence to the now factory lorry during which most of products got damanaged :(. After unloading the goods and paying amount to the new labours when I tried to call the bangalore agent he is not receiving my call. After some time I asked my friend to get in touch with Hyderabad agent. That guy asked friend to come after 2 days and collect the amount. When my friend went their office at Hyderabad he is not there. In phone he is not responding.

This is the wrost experience I had. Be careful while selecting a Packers and Movers.
