[Resolved]  Globe Capital Market Limited — Share trading without permission

I opened a share trading account in the company at Bikaner vide No.Z2B145 but I surprised to know that there are many trainsactions were being made on the said account without my permission. When I contact the person of Bikaner Branch about the transaction of shares, he told that loss will be conpensated by the company. Thereafter, I also contact their Jaipur Office they also said to wait. But till date no action will be taken by the company. I also requested their Delhi office by email dated 13.2.2009 and reminadder dated 5.3.2009 on their email [protected]@globecapital.com. the Company first purchase the shares without my permission on my account and later on to clear the debit balance the company sell the same without my permission. Therefore, I lost my hard earned money of Rs. 10, 000/-.
I request that kindly take up this case with the company so that get the justice.
