Previous complaints numbered 1501, 1502, 1503 and 1524 have gone unanswered, the ''Check Status of Complaint' on the PUDA/GMADA site does not function. My complaint pertains to non allotment of Commercial Plot in lieu of monetary compensation against 1 Acre of acquired land for Aero City (Bakarpur Village) .This 1 Acre relates to Khatauni 67/68 and Khasra No 69/14. When the land was acquired this particular Acre was under litigation and on 27 Jan 2011 as per the Court Judgement the title of this 1 Acre was declared in name of Deepinder Singh. Copy of Revenue Record verifying the same was forwarded to GMADA . Same was submitted to the Land Acquisition Officer vide Reciept No 669 dated 03/2/11 . It is learnt that the case is now lying with the Secretary Housing in the Main Secretariat Pb Govt as sent by the Land Acquisition Officer vide receipt No 519 dated 30/5/13.
