On 12-Jan-2012, I was taken to Panchkula sec 6 hospitals due to labor pain. Where doctors confirmed that baby is in opposite direction, it was 28.3 Weeks premature delivery and referred me to GMCH sec 32 CHD in emergency situation as delivery with c-section was required. When I reached there, after completion of all the formalities doctors took me to labor room and opted for vaginal delivery even when my husband and I confirmed for c-section delivery, even steroids shots were not given to me for development of lungs; doctors told me that they will not do operation as they presumed that he will not survive. When it stared Baby's legs came out and a point came when he was hanging with head inside and legs outside my body. All his body weight was on his head and neck as I could feel his weight, he was trying to go back inside and save his life, and I was shouting with pain and telling that he is alive and trying to go inside but they were not listening. He kept hanging there for one hour and his neck elongated due to hanging. After that when he came out he was still breathing and covered his face with his hands he took 2 or 3 breath and died. No respirators and treatment was used to make him breath. He was a baby boy fully grown having small hair and weighted 1.4 kg. He was Declared dead on 12-Jan-2012 11.03 pm, but to me he was MURDERED.
