[Resolved]  Gmmco Limited — PF withdrawal form not submitted by the organisation

I filled duly signed pf withdrawal form at M/s Gmmco limited -ahmedabad office to Mr.Brijesh gajjar dated 09/11/2010 after that i talk with him for the same purpose & he was giving me contact number of Mr,rajkumar-chennai.
I was tried him 200 to 300 time s in month but he was notlift the call & till date i am not giving any replies from the organisation.

Now today i mailed all those thing to Directly to Executive director of the organisation then i got mail from them till date they are not given any application.

All above practice done by mail which is attched kindly chekc & give me sum justification / reimbursement from the organisation.
