[Resolved]  godrej GFE 36 DY/DZ/2008 refrigerator — loud noise & compressor problem

sir,
that i purchased a godrej GFE 36 DY/DZ/2008 345 ltr refrigerator from m/s kohli agency, sanjay gandhi market jalandhar. i m so unlucky person that from the very 2nd day the refrigerator start troubling us...the sound of compressor is very much high, colling is not at all proper, the refrigerator sound as if the high speed motor is going on...we are very much annoyed with it that w e r not able to sleep in the night from the day which we purchased this product..we have lodged the complaint to dealer for more than 5 times but no one has come to check it once...after that we files one written complaint to the dealer &then one service man visited our home...he tries to resolve the problem for more than 2 hrs...but not able to remove it.& putting the situation on one pretext to the other as himself can't understand what to do...after he goes from their by saying that he will come by evening to escape from the situation...but later in the evening no one came & thrn we enquired in the service centre but no one put attention to us..they simply thinks consumer to be and puts not a single penny attention to us...now we have got no remedy except to file a case in consumer forum against the company. may be this is our last hope from the company which have its name forom decades...
