I had contracted the Godrej Hicare for anti-cockroach treatment in May 2007.I was to get quarterly treatments for an amount of approx 2500/-. When I called for the second treatment the company, having taken the full money, would not acknowledge the contract on the customer service helpline . After lot of calls the second treatment was finally done . I have now called the company more than a dozen times for the last treatment but they refuse saying that while the computer has my name and address it has lost my ID No.! I have called the supervisors too but it has been a frustating experience-they never call back or respond and blame their computer.Please help.
