[Resolved]  Godrej -Refrigerator — Complaint Registration

Dear Sir,

The refrigerator has shut down and is not working since the past 3 days. We have been trying to lodge a complaint on the phone but in vain. The phone lines are either busy or there is no one attending it. Do help us on the issue and kindly send a your designated person for servicing.

No service after sales

Respected Sir,

The refrigerator has is not working since the past 9 days Major problem has occured in it due to which it has stopped functioning.We had purchased a Godrej refrigerator from Radhika Sales Corporation, Pimpri, Pune. We have already given a complaint in the Radhika Service Centre (# 898804 dated 18.09.13), further Shree Enterprises (# P[protected]) and follow-up over phone to both places several times but no one has ever attended to these complaint and rectified the problem yet. Daily I got SMS about technician visit from service provider but nobody attending.

Godrej is a reputed company and such neglegence towards the grieviences of the customer is not appreciable on the companies part. Goodrej from my experience has the worst after service response and the I regret in buying the product. I'm not sure if this will help me in any way but want to register to ensure they improve the service which is pathetic.

We would like to request you to kindly look in to the matter and resolve this issue urgently.

Hi, I bought a front door Godrej Washing Machine in the year 2012. All these years my machine was working perfect suddenly in the month of Apr-2014 it stopped working giving some noise. So, i called the customer care on 1st May. the opearator said they will send the executive immediately but an executive came from Kancheepuram service center, but without seeing my machine he asked me for Rs.350 and i called the service center the people on the other side said yes sir, please give me Rs.350 (Branch Manager : Mahesh). I gave them but after that they didnt turn back. After 15 to 20 days I used to get call from Godrej daily saying that they are going to send the executive and they will confirm my address and after confirmation they will place me on hold and discuss for 30 min about the area of my residence, it will fall under which service center and they will say this belongs to kancheepuram service center and one will say sriperumbudur service center but nobody has turned up yet and today i got a call from an executive i asked him how much it will charge to service he said 7k because transport is on my risk and the spares will come around 3 to 4k. And he gave a suggestion to exchange my machine for 2k which i bought for 26k. Please do the needful and fix my issue at the earliest.
my fridge is not cooling. Complain no is [protected] on 21.06.2014.nodady attended the complain till date. godrej service is very poor.

I AM JAGDISH KUMAR, RESIDENT OF DELHI. I HAVE PURCHASED A GODREJ REFRIGERATOR FROM VIDYA ELECTRONICS UTTAM NAGAR NEW DELHI, MODEL DOUBLE DOOR 305 T DATED 28/10/2014.I HAVE PURCHASED THE GODREJ REFRIGERRATOR FROM YOUR COMPANY WITH THE EXPECTATION THAT I WILL BE DELIVERD WITH SATISFACTORY

HOWEVER, THINGS DID NOT TURN UP AS EXPECTED AND MY FAMILY WENT THROUGH A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE IN THE PAST 3 DAYS.FIRST OF ALL, WHILE OPENING THE FRIDGE WE FOUND THE COMPRRESSURE WIRE UNPLUGGED, AND NUTRA LAMP OF THE FRIDGE WAS ALSO NOT WORKING. ON REPEATED CALLS, TECHNICIAN ADRESSED THE PROBLEM NEXT EVENING BUT COULD NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM OF NUTRA LAMP THE SAME DAY. NUTRA LAMP WAS FUSED. ON HIS NEXT VISIT, HE REPLACED THE FUSED BULB BUT STILL THE LIGHT IS NOT SUFFICICIENT IN THE FRIDGE.HE TOOK SATISFACTORY NUMBER FROM US AND REPLIED ABSURDLY SAYING '' IS SE JYAD HUM KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTE'' AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL.

IT IS REGRETFUL TO GO THROUGH SUCH EXPERIENCE WITH THE ESTEEMED COMPANY SUCH AS YOURS.

Hello Evey one,

I think this is the time where we have to consult with consumer forum because Godrej is not hearing of their consumer complaint. I am also the victim who purchased a refrigerator and after warranty I repaired the same from their authoriesed service center by heavy cost even marker market price are 50% cheaper, but after some month it went to the same position and now their executive asked me to pay again higher amount. Ultimately I have paid half cost of new refiregator in two year and now it is not working. and i called to the godrej customer care to send me price list of your service executive, then they replied that they have not any price list it is depend on the service executive. So they are making fool of their customer. i am going to consumer forum if anyone want to support me can comment or like my experience or thought on godrej company

Dear sir,

Being a multinational company goodrej have a poor and unsatisfied service, it is dam that I have booked a complaint on 01/08/2015 that my fridge is not working the cell number[protected] was also provided by the company that contact with the service engineer of your area, that he will come and solve the technical fault.
Despite that I am calling him since from last 11 day but he is not attending my call. Is it 21centry customer service,

I purchase refrigerator on june 2015, in this I seen that door was not getting lock due to some defect in fixing the door from factory side so I complain and demand replacement of refrigerator sine defect was from factory onward, not incur at my home place, but service center of you co. did not replace it and only repair it. now again I am facing same problem, you refrigerator is not locking door was misbalance, so again I demand replacement of refrigerator and made complain of this but from godrej there is no response and I get frustrated now. so I looking legal advice for this from my advocate and he suggested me to lodge a complain in consumer forum for this. but before doing so I warn you once again.

I purchase this refrigerator of godrej only on looking reputation and goodwill of company but I found that, it is not as I think godrej is not a company as it was earlier. now product of godrej was not purchasable, and it is advisable to all reader not to purchase in you whole life godrej product also advice your friend, relative, and other also for not purchasing the product of godrej company.

I have purchased godrej refrigerator Model no: GPE 35 EZ / 2010, In the year of 2011 due to some problem the refrigerator has shut down and i have registered a complaint vide call no: Q[protected] on 15.02.2016 with vry prompt response the technician visited next day and told me PCB of the refrigerator has been burnt but we are not having this part in our store as the company has stopped manufacturing these parts. I was astonished to listen this excuse and call the service head Jammu and Kashmir Mr Kholi to my utter surprise he suggested me to remove this defected PCB and get it run directly as we are not having this part...
Now i would like to ask here...
1. That how a renown company like godrej has stopped manufacturing these important parts, if yes then your service is very poor why people believe you in future.
2. For the want of this small part should i preserve just 4.5 yrs old refrigerator as godrej monument.
I would also like to inform you here that we are using godrej refrigerators for the last more than 35 yrs but never had such problem as such it is submitted to provide me this part at the earliest so that our believe in godrej should be intact.
