Godrej/1.5 ton split AC — AC Not Cooling

I made a complaint about my Air Conditioner Not Working to Godrej Customer care.
Complaint No. 806616 Dated 21/05/11
They have not attended it till now.


Which i bought last month only a 1.5 ton split AC.

First Of all i did'nt expected any problem this soon with Godrej.
Second if problem has came they must provide a good sservice to their customer. I also Found Telephone No of their service centre in rewa but whenever i call they say " sir within 2 hour your complaint will be solved" and then their mobile goes switch Off.

VERY BAD SERVICE and WORSE SERVICE centre Employees.

I had made a mistake of buying GODREJ product that is for sure.
